Thousand Hills is a specialty coffee shop in Charlotte, NC. We make really good coffee, serve it in a space we actually want to hang out in, and try not to take ourselves too seriously along the way. And our lattes are to die for.

Espresso, cappuccinos, pour overs, matcha, seasonal drinks — everything we serve gets the same attention to detail, quality ingredients, and unreasonable amount of tinkering until we think it tastes really, really good. But here's the thing: good coffee shouldn't require a vocabulary test. Know everything about coffee? Cool. Know nothing about coffee? Also cool.
